How do I get my items (weight below 2kg) faster??

Items weighted below 2kg will be delivered by Standard shipping service and arrive on average within 10-15 business days. But if you want it in a hurry within 5-7 business days Express Delivery is available for an extra charge.
US $20 will be added to Standard delivery charges and ship it with Express Delivery Mail.
And here are steps you are going to follow:
1. Go to “ETC” under category COOL MAMA
2. Click “EXPRESS DELIVERY” and extra charge of express delivery will be added into your shopping cart

How will I know when my order has been dispatched??

You can login to your online account and check your order status under “MY ACCOUNT”.

How long will it take for my order to arrive??

The following estimated delivery times are taken from Korea Post Office. Please note that they are NOT guaranteed and may take longer especially at busy times of the year such as Christmas or as parcels are often held in customs.

How will you confirm my order??

When your order is received, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order including order number. You can also get the status of your order by visiting “ORDER TRACKING” which you can find under “MY ACCOUNT”.

How do I make changes to my order??

Changes to your order can be made by you at any point “SHOPPING CART” placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, unfortunately no changes to your order can be made. If you have selected the incorrect products, please call us or email us immediately. Please note, we can’t guarantee that we can cancel your order, so please make sure you check it carefully before confirming.

How do I accumulate reward points??

Once you’ve enrolled in COOL MAMA HOT CHIC, you can accumulate points.

How many points do I accumulate for my purchases??

You earn reward points every time you shop at COOL MAMA HOT CHIC.
Reward Point Rate is 2% out of your purchase.
If you leave a review for your purchase, you will be given 1 point.

What happens to my points if I return merchandise??

If you return merchandise, the points accumulated with the purchase will be deducted from your total balance.

Will I earn or redeem points for shipping or tax fees??

No. When calculating the amount of points earned or redeemed, the shipping or tax fees are excluded.

Do my reward points expire??

Reward points are not set to expire. Reward points will accumulate after every purchase and will remain in your account until you decide to use them otherwise.

Are there limits of how many points can be earned??

There is no limit amount to the number of reward points that can be earned. The more you spend, the more reward points will be earned, and the more savings your will have towards future orders.

Is there a minimum balance required to redeem the point??

YES. Currently a minimum balance of 3 points (US $3) is required before any point redemptions can take place.

Can I track my points??

YES. Sign in to access your “REWARDS” under MY ACCOUNT and view your total points balance.

Please note that color show on this website are a representation of the product color will not be exactly the same shade due to variations in screen settings etc.
Please also note that colors may vary throughout the website – for example, all items described as red will not be exactly the same shade of red.
